Comebye vs. Coolify
Coolify is a self-hostable Heroku/Netlify alternative: connect a repo, get a build pipeline and a one-click catalog of 280+ services. Comebye doesn't build or deploy your app. It governs the Docker hosts you're already running containers on: who can touch what, staged promotion, rollback. Plenty of teams will end up wanting both.
Choose Coolify if: you want git-push deploys and a large one-click app catalog, and self-hosting on 1-2 servers is fine. Choose Comebye if: you already run containers across multiple hosts and need RBAC, audit, and a staged canary → prod promotion workflow across a whole fleet.
Coolify's self-hosted edition is free with no feature gating. Coolify Cloud (a managed control-plane, not managed servers) is priced separately from what it manages. Comebye's node-based meter is the mirror image: it prices the fleet it manages, not the control plane that manages it.
